Luke McCaffrey and QBs

In my opinion, one of the most mind-bottling aspects of Nebraska football has been the way quarterback play holds us back. And I don’t just mean 2AM. I just took a look at Luke McCaffrey’s stats at rice:

* 51% completion rate. One touchdown, four interceptions.

The guy is clearly not going to make it as a QB. Adrian has showed everyone what his ceiling is. Logan Smothers looks *okay,* I guess, but reminds me of McCaffrey a lot.

I’m just baffled that HCSF hasn’t been able to do what he did at Oregon and UCF with respect to QB talent. He showed he could do it more than once, at different schools. So wtf, man?

I guess we’re cursed.
