he Nebraska women’s tennis team is back in action with road matchups against Michigan and Michigan State following a two week break. The Huskers will be away from the Dillon Tennis Center for the first time since Feb. 6, when NU traveled to Lawrence, Kan. to take on the No. 11 Jayhawks.

 

Last time out:

Nebraska is coming off a 0-2 weekend at the Dillon Tennis Center. On March 2, NU fell to No. 31 Washington State, 4-1. Junior Claire Reifeis picked up Nebraska’s lone point with her 7-6 (7-3), 6-1 triumph over Tiffany Mylonas at No. 2 singles.

 

On March 3, Nebraska suffered a close loss to Iowa State, falling 4-3 to the Cyclones. Following a dominating doubles performance, the Huskers were unable to close out the match in singles competition. Claire Reifeis and Jeannie Lozowski won their respective matches at No. 2 and No. 3, but the remaining Huskers fell to ISU.
