How I would like to see the B1G play this whole 16 team conference thing over the next couple years.

West Pod
Nebraska
Iowa
Minnesota
New team added from Big 12

North Pod
Wisconsin
MSU
Michigan
NW

South Pod
Illinois
Purdue
Indiana
OSU

East Pod
Penn St
Rutgers
Maryland
New team from east coast

Every team plays all teams in their Pod(3 games)
2 teams from each other division in a rotating home and home each year, but rotate them so you play a new team from a Pod each year.
Example year one Nebraska would have Wisconsin and MSU from the north, Illinois and Purdue from the south, and Penn St and Rutgers from the East. One team from each of those pods would be rotated out for a new team while the home and home would go through for the other Pod teams, so each year you’re facing at least 3 new teams within the conference.
